We provide judgement-free diagnostic and treatment services for adults and adolescents with ADHD. We specialize in complex ADHD characterized by emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, and impulsivity. We also specialize in ADHD in adults and late-diagnosed ADHD.
We work with individuals, families and schools to provider comprehensive care for youth with behavioral and impulsive disorders, including ODD, DMDD, mood disorders, and ADHD.

Request AppointmentGreg Hard provides collaborative, evidence-based and compassionate psychiatric medication management to children (10+), adolescents and adults. He provides evidence-based treatment for ADHD, including adult, complex and late-diagnosed ADHD, as well as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and behavioral disorders (DMDD, ODD) in youth ages 12+. Greg's prior experience in schools with adolescents and young adults led to the decision to focus on working with this population, as well as to start his private practice.
Taking a collaborative and humanistic approach to medication management, Greg believes in utilizing all of the tools available to help his clients achieve optimal results, including medication, psychotherapy and holistic approaches, as well as emerging treatments that are often of interest to his clients, such as ketamine therapy and neurotherapeutics.
Greg Hard completed his psychiatric training at Massachusetts General Hospital and the MGH Institute of Health Professions, his Master of Health Science in Mental Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

We specialize in the accurate diagnosis of ADHD in adults and adolescents using validated assessments as well as standard clinical interviews. When necessary, we also utilize validated and objective ADHD testing software through one of our innovation partners.
